5.Product Precautions: Laser Safety: During equipment operation, direct eye exposure to the laser beam is strictly prohibited. Protective goggles with the specified wavelength must be worn during operation;
Fume and Dust Handling: Any trace amounts of fumes/dust generated during cleaning must be exhausted outdoors through the equipment's built-in high-efficiency fume extraction system to avoid inhalation;
Keep equipment and optical lenses (such as galvanometer lenses) clean, and perform regular inspections and dust removal;
Ensure that the equipment operates in an environment with stable temperature, humidity, and voltage as specified.
6.After-sales service: Warranty period: Typically provides a 12-24 month warranty on the entire machine (subject to the contract). Core components such as the laser have separate warranty terms;
Technical support: Free equipment installation, commissioning, and on-site operation training are provided. The after-sales team provides remote (telephone, video) and on-site technical support;
Repair service: During the warranty period, free repair or parts replacement is provided for malfunctions caused by non-human factors. Outside the warranty period, paid repair services and original spare parts are provided;
