Only staff who have received official professional operation training can start and operate the equipment; unauthorized personnel are forbidden to operate, adjust parameters or disassemble components. Special laser protective goggles matched with the laser wavelength of this machine must be worn throughout the operation process; direct naked eye contact with laser beam or reflected light will cause irreversible permanent eye damage. Do not aim the laser gun at flammable articles such as wooden boards, plastic cloth, paint barrels and gasoline, and avoid aiming at mirror-like high-reflection metal surfaces to prevent scattered reflected light from hurting people or equipment. Check the cooling liquid capacity, pipeline sealing and power line plug tightness before each startup, add special cooling liquid as required, never mix different types of coolant. The transmission optical fiber shall not be bent sharply, squeezed by heavy objects or scratched by sharp edges, excessive bending will break the internal optical fiber core and cause equipment failure. Only use special lens wiping paper and matching cleaning solution to wipe the protective lens, do not use ordinary cotton cloth, tissue or water to scrub the lens surface. When the machine needs to stop working for more than one week, cut off the total power supply, drain the cooling liquid completely and store it in a dry ventilated place. Random disassembly of laser generator, galvanometer and internal precision optical components will directly invalidate the warranty service.
