1. Product Description

 
This fiber laser welding machine relies on high stability fiber laser generator as core energy source, outputting concentrated high energy laser beam to melt metal contact areas for seamless fusion connection. The whole equipment is divided into main power cabinet, laser transmission cable and handheld welding gun three parts, adopting integrated heat dissipation structure to continuously dissipate heat during long time welding work. Internal optical transmission path is sealed and dust-proof, avoiding metal dust blocking light path and reducing energy loss. The equipment needs to be placed on ventilated flat ground, do not stack sundries around the main cabinet to block heat dissipation vents, otherwise high temperature will accelerate internal component aging. Keep the working area ventilated; metal welding fume contains harmful oxide particles, long-term inhalation harms respiratory health, can be equipped with matched fume extractor for auxiliary purification. Never use the machine to weld flammable metal coated with paint, oil layer or attached combustible debris, high laser temperature easily triggers open fire. The welding gun cable cannot be sharply bent or trampled heavily; excessive bending will damage internal optical fiber and cause light energy attenuation. The protective lens on the gun head is a precision vulnerable part, only special lens paper and cleaning liquid can be used for wiping, hard cloth or tissue will scratch the coating and weaken welding effect. Do not disassemble the main cabinet shell, laser source and internal optical components without professional technical guidance; random disassembly will break sealed light path and void warranty. Cut off total power supply and cover equipment with dust cloth when stopping work for more than one day, prevent metal dust from entering cabinet interior.
